Hover over a country to see cooperation data
Sources will appear here
This interactive world map visualizes how likely the police forces of any two countries are to cooperate in cybercrime investigations. Every score is backed by cited sources from reputable news organizations, government reports, and treaty records.
Each pairwise score is manually researched and cited. Scores are symmetric: cooperation(A,B) = cooperation(B,A). Countries without a cited score for a given pair are shown with diagonal hatching to clearly distinguish researched data from gaps.
Only reputable sources are accepted: wire services (Reuters, AP), newspapers of record, government publications, treaty texts, and established cybersecurity publications.
